Courier does not have communication with drivers, you send alerts that parcels have not been collected when they are actually on route !!

I paid for a next day service with city link. They delayed my package for 24 hours with no explanation. Would like a partial refund please!

Think you should give a slot time of few hours, waited in all day but parcel not collected til 3pm so i could of gone out in the morning

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
1st time was not good as didn't deliver next day. 2nd time was excellent. Hoping the present 1 just as good as was very impressed
