I am impressed with the cost and fast service. Very easy and straight forward to book collection. Certainly will use Parcel Monkey again.

Parcel arrived a day late, but the tracking still said delivery estimate "Monday" until Wednesday, they day after it had beeb delivered

the last parcel with DX was never delivered.

Extreemly poor. Courier damaged the goods within the safely packaged parcel and dropped it from the lorry incurring a huge cost.

Have had several instances where collection has not been made and 1 item broken. Generally ok
