Item sent was revived broken! Ceramics were sent however the driver must have thrown box for it to be as damaged as it was! Wouldn't use agn

I really like parcel monkey and will use again but not any parcelforce services. They delivered 72 hours late an wont refund

Courier did not collect the parcel. We had to drive 30mile round trip to their depot and because of the weekend it arrived 3 days late.

No problems, could do with a AM or PM pick up and delivery, you are stuck in all day awaiting delivery.
