No time given. When I called depot. they said they would come back to me but never called back. Parcel collected after office closed.

The parcel was left outside the property without anyone taking receipt of it and it could easily have been picked up by any passer by

Parcel arrived wet and damaged even though it was clearly labeled fragile

Our Response: Was the item packaged so it's waterproof? If it's raining heavily at the time of delivery then there is a possibility that items can get wet from the van to your doorstep.

Fed up with not being able to contact you quickly by phone over lost parcels and non collections. Lousy customer support

Our Response: Telephone support is very costly and considering over 95% of customers have no reason to contact us our online CRM system works very well and is quick. In many cases the questions raised have to be discussed with the courier company concerned and it's waiting for their response that can cause delays.
