our first parcel was mashed during transit. as you don't cover ceramics we were unable to claim.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
always have to send ceramics - why can't you insure them?

The reason we don't cover ceramics is these items are easily broken and we will simply have numerous claims made of which many will not be genuine.
