My item never got picked up when I phoned Courier to complain they told me that u lot never processed the order but yet u still charged me

Our Response: That is not correct. If you received a label then they received and acknowledged the order. Please accept our apology on behalf of the courier concerned and we will refund you.
Delivered promptly on day specified driver courteous,would fully recommend any one to use your service,reasonably priced and great value.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
