Our Response: Booked on the 14th, collected on the 15th and delivered at 11am on 16.11.12. What is wrong with that??

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Driver ran out of time on Friday (the collection day), called me and rearranged for Monday. Didn't matter to me but shouldn't happen.

I arranged this pick up a full week before it was actually picked up. There was no communication about the delay and I am very dissatisfied.

Picked up on time, but the Parcelforce 2-3 day delivery time is totally wrong as after 5 days, it's still hasn't been delivered.
