Was supposed to be a 48 hour service, but it took 4 days, not good

I booked collection date on 24th Jan and wait all day but nobody came and I am still waiting to be collected. Not pleased at all.

No reports from our customer of the parcel not arriving so the delivery must have been ok

Some indication of AM/PM for both collection and delivery would have been helpful, maybe a future improvement ???

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Parcel Force collected the boxes on the day advised, now awaiting website update to confirm boxes sent to Indonesia
