collected without problems in uk. Delivered to Spain in 5 working days. Cheaper than using suitcases. Have used before and will use again.

Failed to show up on the first day due to man hours Which meant my customer didnt get their gearbox until 4 days later.

Pick up was prompt, the driver friendly and chatty. I have not heard from the recipient yet but assume it arrived safely.

Didn't collect and the courier opened the door and entered the house without permission

Courier didn't turn up until 3rd day.I waited in for 2 days.Customer services responded but I had to keep chasing them to keep me informed.

a parcel was not collected until 2 days after pick up time. this was very inconvenient as we could not track it and wasted 2 days waiting.

Our Response: Your order was placed on the 6th, collected on the 7th and delivered and signed for by "Mcdongh" at 13;50 on Friday 8th February. The tracking also works perfectly well for this order :-)
