your staff was very unhelpfull and I had to go to parcelforce to pick my parcel up and deliver for me. So I paid £10-78 for nothing

Our Response: That is incorrect but on behalf of the courier who failed to collect please accept our apologies.
There was no phone number to call when something went wrong on the pick up side so the package was never delivered.
