Good service although a bit annoyed as the initial price quoted did not include insurance and had to add another £20.00 onto the final bill

Collected after 12 hours from my order, my parcel arrived in Italy in 3 days. I am very impressed! I will use parcelmonkey again. 5 stars!

The only way you could improve is by letting your client know when the parcel is going to be picked up (time frame am/pm)
