PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.

Parcel not collectd on time, had to call 3 times,to 2 numbrs was on hold for ovr 10 mins, They came @ 7 & then another driver came 1hr later

I was happy with service but though tracking showed parcel signed for recipient complained it was left outside his door.

Our Response: Tracking shows left with neighbour "Facey" Therefore I think the neighbour must have done this.
