Collection didn't happen had to deliver it to Courier myself so next day delivery could happen, waste of time.

Charged extra for shipments when the PM site has given me a price !! What is the point of being given a quote, and then given extra charges?

Our Response: Our quote engine gives a price based on the details you enter. You will be additionally charged though should the item turn out to be bigger or heavier than declared once scanned by the courier concerned.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Cannot contact you if problem. DX service is rubbish we had one parcel picked up last thursday , still hasn't been delivered to customer !!
