Parcel arrived in Greece and the contents were damaged, and useless. Insurance - refund now required.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Parcel left here on the 6th with a similar parcel that was just to long for Parcel Monkey that went with another courier.They beat u by 4 days.

We always advise our customers to get to know their local driver as they will often work around your needs.
Very good, but the man who collected the package counldnt find my address, I provided my mobile number but was never called, not sure
