We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Cannot contact you if problem. DX service is rubbish we had one parcel picked up last thursday , still hasn't been delivered to customer !!

Sometimes the courier website is slow in updating progress. This time it dropped out at one point. Delivery was 3 days not 2 as stated.
