When getting a parcel picked up from a distant address to deliver to me - why send me a label? The label is needed by. The remote sender!!

You get the label because it's your account. If they are weighing, measuring, packaging and sending the order then they can open their own account with us.
Easy to use website, great communication although I would prefer a collection window.

I am very happy with the service you offer, but I would have appreciated being able to speak to someone quickly when I had a problem.

Our dedicated online support team works much better than a telephone support team and enables us to keep costs lower for our customers. They also have a very quick response time during working hours.

Order delivery, but no one arrived to pick up. Have to find an other provider. Very disapointed.

Our Response: According to the tracking the item was collected and delivered being signed for by 'ELENA' at 19:15 on Wednesday 6th March.
