When picking up the parcel the driver had no idea of the size of box and brought a plastic envelope that our parcel didn't fit into properly

The service you selected brings a pre labeled bag. If you item was as declared then it would fit.

Was given an incorrect address initially however Parcel Monkey re collected from amended address at no extra cost. 10 out of 10.
