Service was booked for next day - at the premium rate charged, I expected Sat not Mon - Sat is next day when booking on a Fri!! Poor really

Our Response: Please read our quote page again. If you want a Saturday delivery you can select, book and pay for it. "Next day" is next working day as fully explained throughout the website.

You picked up on time and delivered to Iceland but the customs help up the parcel and we had to pick it up from the airport . not your fault

Nobody came on the day to pick up the parcel on the first day then it had to be rescheduled.

You addressed it wrongly on the label so it's delayed thud delivery as receiver has to make arrangements. Please take a look AG the rplabel.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Delivery quoted from 8am - 6pm. No tracking available despite "track your shipments" on website. Had to stay in all day until 4pm deliv.

Courier: clearly have incompetent drivers. They delivered to completely wrong address miles from where they should have. wont use u again.
