Improvement would be confirmation that your item would be picked up between 9-5. DPD email the night before to give u a hour slot this

Parcel arrived in Greece and the contents were damaged, and useless. Insurance - refund now required.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Parcel left here on the 6th with a similar parcel that was just to long for Parcel Monkey that went with another courier.They beat u by 4 days.
