Our Response: Unfortunately we have had an annual increase from the courier you selected. PayPal is a very expensive payment solution so like many we have to charge for this if you want to use it.

Never ever in the history of using City link via Parcel Monkey have we experience such problems as what we had with Parcels2go! Welldone :)

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Only request is that you allow customers to use cm AND inches when giving parcel measurements. Otherwise PM is great!

When getting a parcel picked up from a distant address to deliver to me - why send me a label? The label is needed by. The remote sender!!

You get the label because it's your account. If they are weighing, measuring, packaging and sending the order then they can open their own account with us.
Easy to use website, great communication although I would prefer a collection window.

I am very happy with the service you offer, but I would have appreciated being able to speak to someone quickly when I had a problem.

Our dedicated online support team works much better than a telephone support team and enables us to keep costs lower for our customers. They also have a very quick response time during working hours.
