The only thing i think that could make this service better is if you could be given a pick up time slot so you dont have to wait in all day.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Parcel seemed to be delayed, and customer contacted me. When I chassed it up, I was told it was lost in Malmo, Sweden! But it got to buyer.

I charged posteage based on your price then discovered VAT hadnt been added so am now short. Also would prefer am/pm time rather than 8-6
