I left a note for the driver to collect after 1pm. He arrived to collect at 12 midday. AM for next day and perhaps PM for the day after?

Our Response: The service is booked under an "anytime" collection window.
OK but a day late collecting and I had to chase to ensure collection as the local depot not aware that they had a collection.

My parcel couldn't be picked up because the driver wasn't allowed to put it in a bigger bag!! I thought health and safety were fussy
