would like to know an approximate time for when the parcel was to be picked up as I was not able to make plans around the collection.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Not great, had to rebook collection and waste another day due to useless Courier driver saying he'd been when he went to the wrong house.

The only issue is the fact you cannot be contacted by phone as our parcel was supposed to be picked up on a Friday ended up being Monday...
