took all day to pick my item up booked thurs, came at 4.30 fri , paid for next day deliv, deliv monday.

Paid for a service which said 24-48 hours, picked up wednesday, didn't arrive at destination thursday nor friday.. delivered monday. POOR

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
