We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

We have to raise our prices when the couriers we work with do but rest assured we are always on the look out for ways to improve and add as much value for money to the services we offer.

The service was great, some of the couriers you use don't have a track and trace service online but apart from that brilliant!

The item was collected and delivered in very good time. However, it did arrive broken even after I wrapped it and packed it.

Delivered ok, although Citylink tracking said package not collected. Said they would look into it and call back. never did. package arrived.
