Waited in all day on 22/11/24 for a parcel to be collected. No one collected, parcel was for a customer and will now be delayed. This has a negative effect on my business. I will not use this company again.

Simple to use website.
Simple account referencing and downloading for yearly accounts.
I have had numerous problems over the past few years Ive been using PM UK and every time the issues have been dealt with swiftly - very comforting :)
I send about 2-5 parcels per week worldwide.

I find Parcel Monkey finds best price and system to send parcels to the US. Used it many times with no bad outcomes.

My contract for the delivery of my parcel was with Evri and not Parcel Monkey. However, I have written to you twice complaining that the parcel was delivered two days late and disagreeing with your weight of my parcel for which I was charged an extra £1.89. I explained that the parcel was weighed on Salter scales which were virtually new but to date I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I am not at all impressed with the service I have received and consider it totally incompetent.

The parcel was going to New Zealand from Scotland. The shop I dropped it off at didn’t seem at all efficient not knowing what to do almost! I chose 5 day service,it’s still not arrived after 14

Worst experience ever. Its been a month and a half and they haven’t shipped my package yet. I can’t cancel the order even though they haven’t started shipping it. The customer service takes often over a week to answer.

Parcel Monkey provide and excellent service. Easy to use website, very efficient and very helpful.
I will never use Parcel Force again though, they are useless.

Additional costs after parcel delivery

This was the second time in the last couple of weeks I have used parcel monkey to send a package from the UK to the US.
When I took it to the post office to drop it off, I asked out of curiosity how much it would cost with them. Their quote was £20 more without tracking or insurance.
Come on Royal Mail, no wonder you are in trouble.

Parcel Monkey was far more expensive than just going directly through yodel, parcel was delayed which I was not informed of and took 10 days far too long to reach my customer. I had many emails asking for reviews even before the parcel was delivered. So here it is I will not be using parcel monkey a second time.

On of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at all costs and just book to send your parcel directly through a courier. My package was delayed and so returned to the sender. Parcel Monkey are now holding the package, refusing to return it back to me unless I pay them a fee (greater than the original cost of the shipping), and have stated that my package will be automatically disposed of unless I pay this fee. I have tried contacting them on numerous ocassions over the past three weeks, but they are yet to reply to me. I keep getting told that the returns team are busy. Too busy to reply to a message, but apparently theyve got enough time to automatically dispose of packages. I rarely write reviews, but the incompetance of this company is truly extraordinary. I wish Id simply booked directly with UPS.

I always use Parcel Monkey, I find them very reliable and efficient. Following their system means I always have the right paperwork and so far all of my parcels have reached their destination really quickly.

"Since there are no intermediaries, the service is terrible. I made a shipment through their website, Drop Off and the post office on a Saturday. The website generated a label, but the post office didn’t pick up the box, and I had to take a taxi back home. I sent them emails asking if they do deliveries on Saturdays, and they responded with a generic email chain. Customer service is horrible, and they take too long to reply."

this is the best courier platform EVER! Ive always resisted importing from around the world due to issues in our local system, but that has just been pushed aside.....

It was very easy to set up the package details, the contents and the sender/receiver details.
Even better it creates the invoice/customs documents. All went like clockwork.... Including customs clearance
