A good choice of couriers, so you can chose one that has a drop off near yourself. Prices are reasonable and better than going direct to the courier. So far, so good. No problems.

I have only received an advice after collection where there was hardly any details except a PWCC ref number. No proper receipt. No tracking number given so I don’t know whether recipient received it.

This was a priority parcel and should have been delivered on Thursday or Friday 24 January at the latest . The parcel cleared all the way to Calgary - then it was held with ridiculous excuses - they did not know what items were - what is the point of putting in codes if they won’t look at them . They then wanted a payment of Canadian dollars . This was a personal gift and I am not pleased they had to pay for a gift and it was 3 days late by the time the received it. I am not happy and would like them to have the money refunded . The parcel was obviously checked at other airports before it got to Calgary .

Customers beware sent an exhaust with them costing £50 weigh and measured perfectly. They come back to me and said it was 3 cm bigger and charged me an extra £124 in the end. It cost me £175 to send an exhaust box Took the money straight out of my card still fighting to get it back buyers beware

I sent a package with insurance which was damaged somewhere during the transport. It happens sometimes. There was not an easy case but eventually "M" from Customer Service Team worked out a solution of which I was very satisfied. It was a very good experience after all. Thank you.

I chosed international delivery 2-3 days and after 10 days parcel still didnt arrive... It was small and lightweight A4 sized parcel.

Very very poor this time which is a shame because its worked fine before. I ordered a DPD collection, same day if ordered within 40 mins. Nobody came to collect. I complained and it was rescheduled for the next day and I had to print a new label. Next day passed and no sign of DPD and zero comms from anyone. Finally cancelled the ordered and will just go to the PO. Not sure if this issue was DPD or Parcel Monkey. Whatever, I lost two days and wasted a lot of time.

My package was picked up on time and delivery was maid the next day.
Over 800 miles and not a mark on the packaging every thing was delivered quickly and perfectly in tact.
I will 100% use them again

Nobody would take the parcel, so I’ve paid for a service and still have it - useless service. It’s a large box that I’ve taken here and there and nobody would accept - return my money!

ParcelMonkey gave a good range of choice for couriers and I was able to compare 24hr and 48hr ones.
The price was very competitve.
Pick up and delivery to my clients was drama free and on time.
I will use the service again.

Parcel Monkey might offer a service to find the cheapest shipping method, but their customer service is dreadful. My parcel has been stuck in customs for over 4 months. They have been actioned to get it returned, but despite having all the information they need, this has still not happened. Response times on their customer service portal are painfully slow (about 7 days on average) and my repeated requests to escalate a complaint have been consistently ignored. Ive used them previously in the past without issue, but clearly as soon as there is an issue, they are not equipped to handle it. I will not be using them again.

Used Parcel Monkey 3 or 4 times now and Ive had an easy experience every time. I send a care package to a friend in America every now and then and Parcel Monkey has made it such an easy thing to do. So far UPS have been my best option for cost to delivery time so I have also used them every time.
We have a 100% record for the parcel being picked up and delivered to America within the 2 day timeframe.

Been using them for years, sent a parcel in the UK using parcel force service they charged £89 I checked the parcel force website afterwards, and they would have charged £71 for the same thing it was too late I had already drop off the parcel stupid me :(

Avoid like the plague. Sent a parcel on a 1-2 day delivery, we are now over a week on and still no sign of the parcel. Despite insuring the parcel I can’t claim until the “carriers” find the parcel which contained time sensitive medication. Any communication is dismissive and they don’t have a telephone number to talk to a human being.

Parcel was taken to local UPS pickup point in UK and collected the next day. The service offered and paid for was for 3 to 5 day delivery to Spain for 0.5kg package. Now 12 days later parcel still not delivered. In addition UPS are claiming I have to pay €60 import taxes or duty for my personal possessions (2 pairs of prescription glasses) that I had forgotten to pack after visiting family over Christmas and NY. Not at all happy about this experience and certainly would not use this service again.
