Great concept, easy to use but Parcel Monkey are being let down by the couriers. I have had so many of my goods delivered damaged it makes it pointless using them.

I ordered a Fed ex parcel delivery, including drop off at a partners store and print the label there. I received an email attaching a bar code to be used and went to two parcel drop of stores. it could not be scanned at either, so I used royal mail click and collect instead, far easier and a reliable service.

The parcel was easy to book online, especially considering it was going abroad, Spain.
The charge was very reasonable in my opinion.
I was able to leave my parcel at the local post office at 1.30pm on a Friday and by 5.00pm Parcelforce had collected it and it was at their depot and transferred to the airport for export to Spain later that evening.
Including the weekend, my parcel was delivered within 5 days and I was able to track its whole journey.
Well done Parcel Monkey U.K. and Parcelforce and their Spanish delivery partner. I will certainly be using you again. Maurice

I paid for next day delivery and it was delivered 72 hours later, so how did you do, terrible, I’ve had no direct updates apart from it’s delayed, no reason, nothing, if I used you again it would be an act of desperation

The driver came with return labels which states on your Web sites to print I had to go to my place of work at 7 in morning because I dont have a printer but I think your driver s should have the labels like the guy who came to collect my parcel had he was very friendly and apologetic but his service was fab I would recommend you

Still no update on a missing parcel. The tracking hasn’t been updated since it said it was picked up on 26/6 and no response from company! I had insurance but no offer to reimburse!

Terrible service, Ordered a 24hr service and the parcel was delivered a week later!! Package dropped into local post office on the Saturday expecting collection on Monday and delivery on Tuesday, no tracking details updated and raised a case on Thursday, updates provided on Friday and finally delivered Monday. But this was an acceptable service and within the companies T+Cs

I booked next day pickup at a hotel reception, a bicycle delivery from Newcastle to home in london. I had no printing facility. And left the bicycle ready packed with the hotel reception on a Friday. All was good. Better than good. Bike arrived after 4 days

Bit of an odd one this. I dont know when the company got my parcel as they didnt let me know they had it. So as for Parcel Monkey, I think I would have to say good job. They collected it as they said and delivered it at some point.

I posted a return parcel via the website taking the weight from the senders label of 27kg. Yesterday I got a letter from Parcel Monkey saying they had already taken an extra £52 from my bank account, with no prior warning, and in addition to the payment I had already made. The reason was the actual weight of the parcel didnt match. They said it was 10kg. So 17kg too light! I have tried to contact them to open a dispute and not heard anything from them. If it was overweight I could understand, but underweight?! Still trying to get them to respond. Wont use again as feel the original price they gave is just to get you to use them. They probably have no intention of really giving you that price and increase it with any excuse. Scam?

Absolute disaster! We used Parcel Monkey to arrange a Parcelforce Express 24 parcel to our daughter in London. Not only did Parcelforce not even attempt to deliver on time, but when they did, they they claimed our daughter refused delivery. Having called Parcelforce to give further instructions and eventually to deliver to a nearby Post Office they instead returned to parcel to Parcel Monkey and said wed need to work through them to get any refund. Now, Parcel Monkey are demanding £16.44 + VAT to return it to us, or theyll dispose of it! Theres no kind of guarantee and customer services require a slow ticket response service or chat facility, which can only deal with routine issues. This company is probably fine if nothing goes wrong, but a disaster if theres a problem. No phone line or anything to offer reasonable advice/communication. We wont be using them again. Always used Parce2Go in the past, without any issues, but foolishly tried out Parcel Monkey for a change. Having been charged around £10 for delivery, well now be forking out another £20 only to get it back and our daughter still hasnt got the much needed items. Total fail, Im afraid.
