Pesima gestion y servicio, envie un paquete el 22 de junio y aun no ha sido entregado Solucion y respuesta: su paquete se dará por perdido, se pasara su caso al area de reclamos, pero soluciones 0 Al final que debo decir? Gracias parcel monkey por hacer que los regalos de mi sobrina se perdieran en el camino y ya no lleguen a ella.

I had to use another way of getting my parcel delivered so on this occasion I’m massively out of pocket paying twice and waiting for my compensation.

Reasonably price postage, easy access to drop uff points, delivered in time

Paid for 3 days delivery, took 2 weeks and then it only came to a local post office, had to decline the pick up as there was a charge for storage. Parcel not delivered.

Marthee was fantastic and solved my problem quickly, politely and efficiently. As for Parcel Monkey as a company, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I sent numerous messages which were all ignored and only found the chat by accident otherwise I’d have been £107 down and stuck with 2 chairs I don’t want!

Parcel Force failed to collect from our Post office we had to send it by Special delivery instead to make sure it got there a day late.

Two parcels collected a consignment for a Caribbean customer, one arrived damaged and second didn’t arrive subsequently we discovered it has not left UK and so far whereabouts unknown.

Useless company, paid for a 24 hr delivery collection through Parcel Monkey from home via Parcelforce who never turned up! T&C says ‘don’t contact courier direct if you have a problem’ so raised the non-collection through Parcel Monkey who said “Nothing to do with usit’s down to the Courier!!” Absolute waste of time, just book direct with the courier next time..

Terrible. Hugely costly, and resulted in exposure to a number of scams. I used it in order to order a delivery by DPD. I will avoid it at all cost in the future.

Negative side. Let customers know they may need to pay import charges even for personal items.

Sent a parcel to Germany, but Parcel Monkey neglected to supply any customs forms, despite their email claiming to include all required ‘Label/Customs Docs’. Due to the lack of those forms UK customs determined that additional charges were required, but Parcel Monkey had not passed on my contact details and I never received those requests. My parcel has now been rejected by customs and ‘returned to sender’ so hopefully I will get it back, but the whole process has been a total waste of time and money.

Booked a pacèl for collection. The collection did not happen on the scheduled date. I requested for an update and was advised that the drivers dont carry phones and so can not be contacted. They will pick up the parcel between 8 to 6 pm. When the collection didnt happen, the customer associates moved the picked to another date. On that date also pick up didnt happen and upon checking the same response was given. It is absolutely hopeless and unprofessional. It looks like I have no option other than to cancel and parcelmonkey is least bothered about their customer lost time ( I waited two days at home for this pickup).

Website was easy to use and the whole process was fast and efficient.

I was charged close to a £100 extra, because they said that my weight was not what I mentioned or the dimensions were not as I had mentioned. They did not provide me with any proof as of yet. They charged me first and then informed me of the extra charge.
