Parcel Monkey do not honour delivery dates. Paid extra for 24-hour delivery and had a timely order arrive 4 days late, but they will not provide any refund or compensation as they have the following terms and conditions: 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. I contacted the carrier and they say as it was booked with Parcel Monkey I have to take it up with them. Closed loop. Wish I read the reviews first.

Terrible service, terrible customer services, they shrug you off time & again if you have an issue. My parcel was refused at the click & collect shop due to no fault of my own, so it was sent back to me, but instead of going to my home address it went back to the ParcelMonkey depot in Preston. Why?! After numerous emails asking when it will be sent back to me, 2 weeks later the returns department finally email to say I have to pay an additional £17 to have it delivered back to me! Even if I pay the £17, I doubt it will end up coming back as they are simply useless. I will only book direct with Parcel Force from now on, as they are much better at customer services & sort any problems quickly & without all the hassle.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** PARCEL MONKEY Are the worst couriers brokers you can use they quote you a low price and once they have collected they send you an email stating the previous day they took almost double what they first quoted you. i don’t know how it’s legal?? also there isn’t a number to complain it’s a online chat that take forever to get a reply. they will ask you for evidence although they don’t provide any evidence that the parcel was to big or heavy it’s just their word. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Simply didnt turn up, after telling me to wait in between 8am and 6pm, and me paying £35. There was also no indication of time prior to payment, no ability to track the courier, and no ability to hone down the collection time (which didnt happen anyway).

Its a good service. The drop/collection points are everywhere and with longer hours they are more convenient than a post off8ce.

After 2 months of trying to get some compensation for delivery that was damaged and 1 of the 6 parcels was totally lost I can only say DONT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances - they’re not prepared to accept responsibility for things when they go wrong.

Easy to compare, easy to pay, acceptable price with collection options. Watch out for an extra few quid added on at the end from the quoted cost but very happy ...sent a 7 kilo box County to County in the UK for about £14 with collection. Insurance over £25 parcel value adds cost... but to be fair I was sending a load of old clothes so didnt need it. Give them a go in my view. Evri was the chosen courier from the comparison chart and was fine.

My printer had broken so was hoping to send a parcel without printing off the labels but packet didnt weigh enough.
Thought it should arrive within 3 days but parcel was picked up by Evri on 6th February and still not arrived after 10 days.

I booked a box collection with Parcel Monkey on January 28, 2025, and since then, it has never been collected. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, their response was to keep sending me new labels, forcing me to reprint them four times—yet the courier never showed up. To make matters worse, after their last failed collection attempt, they completely stopped responding to my messages. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. I don’t know what happened to this company, but they have gone from a 10 to a 0 in my experience. Absolutely unacceptable service. Reference: PM12769873.

My last parcel, sent via Parcel Monkey, with Parcelforce is currently missing! The PARCELFORCE tracking number has stopped working! Parcelforce tell me its my fault for using Parcel Monkey! But the tracking number is from Parcelforce! Parcel Monkey are looking for it! I really dont understand why Parcelforce let third parties deal with their post and then blame them for losing a parcel!..... Meanwhile I wait to hear news from Parcel Monkey, Parcelforce have no intention of doing anything, apparently. I am disgusted!

Used this company plenty in the past. But on this occasion they decided to take another unauthorised charge of nearly £60 from my card as they said Parcel force said my parcel was UNDERWEIGHT! The parcel was measured accurately and weighed accurately. Never had an issue before and I have shipped dozens or parcels all over the world. I know it will be an absolute waste of my time trying to claw back the money that was taken. So I will simply just go elsewhere and where I was full of proase for this company and told many people to use them. I shall be telling every person that the conversation should arise with, to stay away from this corrupt company and use either Parcel to Go or Paisley Freight like I will be doing in future!

Terrible service. They lost my parcel and I am waiting since 2 weeks for them to figure out. they delivered a wrong parcel to the delivery address, charged me extra for packaging and customs for a wrong parcel and the service is so poor that they cant even take responsibility and refund my money. Cannot rely on them at all because there is no contact number in such cases and their complaint portal on website is useless because all they keep saying is they are trying to figure out since 2 weeks. there has been no help at all.

absolute scammers. I paid for 1-2 day delivery to USA, dropped off my order at a locker to be collected and it didnt get collected for 5 days, they refuse to take responsibility and said that it wasnt even covered in the extra protection i paid for, refused to give any compesation or refunds and then charged my card an extra £12 because they said the parcel was 0.5kg heavier than i declared (which it wasnt) Im pretty sure that is illegal. They refuse to give me a name or number for someone to complain.
