Parcel force were terrible. Firstly they didnt know to collect from back door. We has a break in. They saw it and didnt call the police

It would be better if on the day your reminder email could state AM or PM collection as often done by delivery companies eg M&S

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
