Parcel was delivered to generic main office, driver could've texted me where he/she left it to inform me that the package has arrived.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
I was very happy with the service, collection and delivery for a good price :)
