I'm not sure where you draw the line between yourselves and the couriers you promote but the courier i booked was rubbish.

excellent service most of the time until something does go wrong then very hard to deal with

We disagree as our dedicated online support team respond to most of the messages we receive inside 4 hours.
the courier did not arrive when booked and there is no tracking info. The helpline was engaged and the next morning just hold music. Poor.

Parcel was never collect from address even after making contact. No instant means of communication other than email. No notifying delivery
