The parcels were picked up on Friday 02/08/13 and have still not been delivered. The courier company are unable to locate them yet.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Our Response: The reason City Link come to collect is down to their technology. The price isn't cheaper because we are charged the same if you select this service or have it collected.
