you came and collected the parcel 3 days late. which is not good enough when i was paying over the odds for the courier service as it is.

How about collection time slots?

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
I'm happy with the service, excellent value for the price and in time.
