PM is an intermediatry broker, booking with couriers through their website is automated, therefore, PM is not the service provider.

everything went very smoothly,,,only thing i would change is for you to have slot times ie:8-1 , 1-6 etc which would be brilliant

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
