I booked over Bank Holiday and had to wait until day of collection to get label. Early Tuesday morning.

Not so much parcel monkey but Courier very poor, have submitted a complaint with them. Didn't. Collect parcel on correct day

I saw Courier visit no 8 who often has parcels for collection, he did not visit me. I had the e-mail re Missed Collection, had to re-book!
