The parcel was picked up the next day as expected, but the only drawback was no time was specified so I had to be available all day.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

It wasnt til I had paid that I found out that my armchair had to be boxed. The driver was a bit strange.
