I booked for 1-2 day service - took 3. Recipient didn't see note thrown on ground in front garden and found parcel thrown in back agrden

There was a delay in getting the parcel label. I hadn't realise VAT needed to be added until the end of the transaction.

Service was good but missed delivery and no card was left only found out when went on line to track delivery that I had missed it .

maybe when getting quote explain clearly what box is for length measurement etc

It makes no difference which way round you enter the length, width and height dimensions as our system calculates all the measurements.
