Collection was prompt. However, there was no label for me to attach to my parcel.

That's because you booked our bag service where the label is provided by the courier.
Great service, parcel arrived quickly, good price. A given time slot for collection of parcel, would save waiting all day, perhaps via text

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
