I am very happy with the service I got. It would have been helpful to have a delivery shorter time window than 8-6.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Yet again the parcel was collected a day late. I had to phone the courier 3 times before they could confirm that it would be collected
