You kept me informed all the time, how to wrap etc., even a prompt for the collection. Great.

The time frame for when the parcel was to be collected was too large, I waited at home from 8am and was collected at 5.15pm.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
