The delivery arrived in Germany ingood time and in good condition so all in all very happy with the service.

I paid for overnight delivery on a Thursday, the parcel was collected on Friday by Courier but didn't arrive till Tuesday

Excellent service. Will definitely use again. I know it's difficult but a shorter 'window' on collection time would be good.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

City Links courier went to the wrong door, so we're still awaiting collection, their service is poor. Parcel Monkey however, performed well.

Our Response: You booked on a Thursday, it was collected on a Friday and delivered on a Monday. This is what you paid for and if you wanted it delivered earlier then you could have booked a Saturday delivery at extra cost.
