We use Chrome to run the business and it works fine for us.

If at all possible a smaller arrival time window for the driver collecting the package would be very helpful, say 1-2 hours

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
