Your service would be greatly improved if you could be more specific with collection and delivery times. 8 - 12 or 12 - 6 would be better.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Very simple and straight forward, and the price was very reasonable too.

Very unhappy. Collection was 1 day late, meant to be next day delivery but it was not delivered until 2 days later, so 3 days late in total.

Our Response: I can't find any details of your contact via our CRM system. If you have contacted the courier directly then please make contact with us via your account as we will resolve the issue for you.
Parcelforce didnt collect on the arranged day, had to keep chasing them. Finally collected 6.00pm the following day.

Good price, pick-up as arranged, but delivery took longer than estimated. Still good overall.

So far the package is lost in transit and dx can't find it. No proactive updates and the online tracking has not worked at any point.

Parcel was sent on overnight but took 2 days to be delivered. Not sure I will use DX service again
