All the instruction were easy to follow. The parcel was picked up on time. It only took 2 days to arrive. Will definitely use again.

This is the second time a parcel was not collected on the scheduled day. In this instance it was collected by Courier a day later.

It would be helpful to have an idea of a collection time, please. I waited in all day and the parcel was finally collected at 4:15pm

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

the parcel was left without a valid signature at the wrong address, when enquiries were made it took numerous phone calls to trace.
