Good Service but had to wait in all day as not to miss collection. A morning or afternoon collection time would be a much better service

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

The courier left my parcel in the front garden, I live on a very busy main road with people walking past all the time, not acceptable.

The parcel was collected at 1.15. At 6pm I got an email that it hadn't been collected so I thought it had been lost. Got here in the end.
