Allow timed collections with parcel force, allow for a higher insured value.

ParcelForce don't offer us these services and the financial risk in higher value items is not something we wish to take.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
