It would be helpful to be able to pinpoint more accurately when a parcel is being picked up.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

I couldn't find where to find a pick up time. I waited in all day and he arrived after 5pm. Very polite though.
