Occasionally I need to supply a herbal tonic packaged in a heavy duty plastic bottle. Parcelforce accepts liquids. PM should too.

Used your service to return an item purchased online. Was well wrapped and in good condition when handed to courier but arrived damaged.

This was a collection of a incorrect delivery - parcel arrived in damaged packaging (product far too heavy for packaging!) Re-packaged

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
