Excellent service. Ordered at 4:30pm and the item was delivered at 8:30pm.

Your booking system allowed me to select a depot that no longer exists. I wasted time taking my parcel to the wrong address. This is poor.

Parcels could be sent in strong polythene postage bags rather than boxes when they are not so fragile, your website does not mention that
