A 3 to 4 day service to Australia has so far taken 5 days to reach Jersey - I can only hope that it will be sent on from there

It would be excellent except for DHL reputation in Mongolia for charging 'tax' on parcels. It cost my son £40 negotiatedr negotiating down

This charge is applied by local customs not DHL directly.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

It was a good value for money. The only downside was the tracking was poor. I could not track my parcel

DX Freight are working on their tracking so we hope to bring you improvements in this area just as soon as possible.
A few pounds cheaper than parcelforce without the hassle of going to the post office
