Even after contacting Courier to rearrange delivery they failed and returned the very damaged parcel to me - VERY disappointed

Had to change arranged pick up to depot drop off due to plan change. Struggled to EASILY find appropriate contact number to make changes.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
