The package and contents were destroyed. It was a steel part for a commercial door and was delivered crushed and broken.

We didn't receive the parcel labels as the website said we would. This made it slightly awkward when we took the parcel to the depot

The courier did not turn up on day specified and knowbody called to advise. Buyer let down at receiving end. Came the following day.

The only issue I have is that you don't get a pick up time and can be waiting in all day other than that no problems at all.
