Cant fault parcel monkey admin however, Parcel picked up next day and arrived damaged by courier (parcelforce). customer not happy nor am i

Tracking system says "Address problem", though address is correct. Nobody got in touch with me. Parcel still hasn't arrived.

It said the payment failed, then the courier turned up the following day after I naturally assumed the booking was cancelled!
