Parcel not collected, had to take it to the depot. Maybe just our luck but our City-Link deliveries rarely go smoothly!

It would be nice to inform people of duty charges before the items are sent out.

All International bookings with us are sent under DDU ( Delivered duties unpaid. ) As such we can't control the action / charges raised by International customs officers.
Alway's a good service ***** - still wish you could do Am or Pm collections or delivery's
