Extremely disappointed with whole service. Terrible customer service, delivery man 1.5 hours late, and no idea if the parcel has arrived.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

I paid for Express International. Parcel-force took 5 days to deliver package to Courier in London. Cant track package. Very disappointed.
