Bad website always crashing

Our Response: I think you will find the issue is with your own internet connection, web browser or computer.
PM no problem - Courier are another story.They let me down continually at Christmas,and into the New Year too.

failed collect - no reason or automatic re collect - re booked - but for 2 days away not the next day - 3 wasted calls to carrier - PITA
