PArcel Monkey- Very Good : Parcel force were very good, but City link collection needs improving (driver arrived with no info)

When sending a parcel with in the UK & sent by DX & I was never given a tracking number so I could see where my parcel was again

twice Courier said they had missed collections but I can't see how as we are open 8.30-5.30 every day. I had to take the parcel to citylin
