All went well - good to have the "drop at depot" option for days when I cant be home

Driver has failed to collect on the last 3 collections - I have had to take 2 items to Courier depot having paid for collections. Not good

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Try and provide your non commercial customers with times for pick up. Other courier companies do provide am/pm slots etc.

City Link said no one in when they tried to collect, but left no card. I had to take parcel to depot. I don't think they visited.
