Hi the collection was for 20th jam 2014 no one turned up phone in at 4.30 pm was told someone will collect between 5.30- 6pm but no one turn

It would be very helpful if the courier could identify an estimated collection time. Even morning, afternoon or evening would help.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
