City Link said no one in when they tried to collect, but left no card. I had to take parcel to depot. I don't think they visited.

Collected 24 late after chasing and now it had gone missing . I have an angry customer and a lost parcel. DX staff gone home for weekend!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
